- 1 PACKET HIDDEN VALLEY ORIGINAL RANCH DRESSING MIX
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 2 BOXES ( 10 OUNCE EACH ) FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH, COOKED AND DRAINED WELL
- 4.5 OUNCE SLICED MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 CUP CRUSHED CROOUTONS, FOR TOPPING
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE DRESSING MIX WITH MILK AND MAYONNAISE. MIX WELL.
- COVER AND REFRIGERATE. CHILL FOR 30 MINUTES TO THICKEN.
- COMBINE DRESSING WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT CROUTONS, IN A 9" BAKING DISH. TOP WITH CROUTONS.
- BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL THOROUGHLY HEATED.
- 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
