    • 1 CAN APPLE PIE FILLING
    • 1 PACKAGE TORTILLAS
    • OIL FOR FRYING
    • GLAZE:
    • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
    • 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
    • 3/4 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 1 TO 2 TABLELSPOON HOT WATER


    Instructions


    1. PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF PIE FILLING INTO CENTER OF A WARMED UP TORTILLA.
    2. ROLL TORTILLA UP FOLDING IN SIDES. SEAL EDGES WITH WATER. SET ASIDE AND LET SIT FOR 15 MINUTES.
    3. COMBINE THE BUTTER, POWDER SUGR AND VANILLA TOGETHER. STIR IN WATER ONE TABLESPOON AT A TIME UNTIL GLAZE HAS THE PROPER CONSISTENCY. SET ASIDE
    4. FRY QUICKLY THE APPLE TORTILLA IN HOT OIL UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. DRIZZLE WITH GLAZE IF DESIRED.
    5. YOU CAN ALSO USE CHERRY, STRAWBERRY OR BLUEBERRY FILLING.
