    • 1 CUP REDUCED FAT SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 3 1/2 TABLESPOONS CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP
    • 1/3 CUP D RIED APRICOTS, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 1/3 CUP GRAPE NUTS CEREAL
    • 10 REDUCED FAT CHOCOLATE WAFERS, NILLA, CRUSHED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS POWDERED SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CHIPS MELT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN APRICOTS, CEREAL AND CRUSHED COOKIES.
    2. SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 24, 3/4" BALLS, USING A LEVEL TABLESPOON FOR EACH BALL.
    3. PLACE ON WAX PAPER. ROLL BALLS IN POWDERED SUGAR.
    4. PLACE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
