    List of Ingredients


    • 3 1/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
    • 1 1/2 CUPS DRY MILK
    • 1 TABLESPOON CINNAMON
    • 1 CUP LITE SYRUP
    • 2 SCOOPS PROTEIN POWDER
    • 2 EGG WHITES
    • 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 1 CUP CRAISINS (CRANBERRY/RAISINS OR CRANBERRIES OR RAISINS) OR CHOPPED APPLE AND CHOPPED NUTS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
    2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL WELL. LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH SIDES WITH PARACHMENT OR WAXED PAPER, SPREAD THE MIXTURE OUT. TAKE A KNIFE AND CUT INTO 10 SQUARES.
    3. BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED, ABOUT 15 MINUTES. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR UP TO 2 WEEK WITHOUT REFRIGERATION.
    4. 1 BAR= 200 CALORIES....12.2 GRAMS PROTEIN.....25 GRAMS CARBS.
