    SWISS CHOCOLATE SQUARES

    VERY MOIST AND RICH JUST LIKE A BROWNIE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP WATER
    • 1/4 POUND BUTTER
    • 6 SQUARES CHOCOLATE, 1 OUNCE EACH
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. COMBINE WATER, BUTTER, ADD CHOCOLATE SQUARES IN A SAUCE PAN. HEAT UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED AND SMOOTH. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND POUR INTO A MIXING BOWL.
    3. BLEND IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS MIXING WELL. POUR INTO A 15 1/2" X 10" OR 9 X 13" BAKING PAN, BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES. COOL.
