    List of Ingredients


    • 3 POUNDS SLICED ONIONS
    • 3 ( 10 1/2 OUNCE CAN ) BEEF BROTH
    • 2 ( 10 1/2 OUNCE CAN ) CHICKEN BROTH
    • 1 ( 10 3/4 OUNCE CAN) CREAM OFMUSHROOM SOUP
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • SALT
    • GROUND BLACK PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE POT, ADD ONIONS AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE TENDER AND TRANSLUCENT.
    2. STIR IN THE FLOUR. BLEND IN THE BROTHS AND CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP MIXING WELL. HEAT TO A BOIL AND THEN REDUCE HEAT TO A SIMMER. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
