2 CUPS MILK
2 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES

Instructions
MELT BUTTER IN A SAUCEPAN. ADD FLOUR AND MAKE A PASTE. ADD MILK AND BOUILLON CUBES. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICKENED. ADD PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD MORE MILK WHEN ADDING THE OTHER SOUP INGREDIENTS, DEPENDING ON THE THICKNESS YOU WANT.
YOU CAN ADD STEAMED BROCCOLI AND AMERICAN CHEESE, OR JUST STEAMED BROCCOLI, CUBES BAKED POTATOE WITH AMERICAN CHEESE, BACON PIECES, CHIVES, PUREED STEWED TOMATOES FOR A BISQUE, LEEKS CLEANED, STEAMED AND CHOPPED, STEAMED CAULIFLOWER, FRESH DICED MUSHROOMS, SAUTEED ONIONS, SAUTEED GARLIC ETC. USE YOUR CREATIVE IMAGINATION.
