    • 1 1/2 LBS. LEAN GROUND BEEF
    • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
    • 1 SMALL CAN CHOPPED GREEN CHILES
    • 2 CANS PINTO BEANS
    • 1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN
    • 1 CAN MEXICAN STYLE STEWED TOMATOES
    • 1 CAN REGULAR STEWED TOMATOES
    • 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE
    • 2 PKGS. DRY HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING MIX
    • 1/4 CUP TACO SEASONING
    • 2 TO 4 CUPS WATER


    Instructions


    1. BROWN MEAT AND ONIONS IN A SOUP POT. ADD TACO SEASONING, RANCH DRESSING MIX AND WATER. PUREE TOMATOES AND ADD. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS ( DO NOT DRAIN VEGETABLES). BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES. IF NEEDED YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE WATER TO THE SOUP.
