    Black eye pea casserole

    My mother-in-law made this recipe for a family reunion & it was a big hit!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
    • 1 cooking onion (chopped)
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can black eye peas


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef, onion, & bellpepper.

    2. Add all other ingredients.
    3. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
