    SUPER -DUPER EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

    When I first heard this recipe, I thought it would never work because there are only 3 ingredients. Boy was I wrong. They super-duper easy and super-duper great! And there is no misprint, flour is not needed in this recipe!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup peanut butter--creamy or crunchy
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 egg


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until well blended.
    2. Make into 1 tblsp size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    3. With a fork dipped in flour make criss crosses on each cookie.
    4. Bake at 350* for about 8-10 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen depending on the size of the cookie.
