    POT ROAST WITH GRAVY

    I have made this recipe many times & the whole family just loves it.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-3lb roast
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 soup can water
    • 1 package dry onion soup mix


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup, water & onion soup mix in a bowl.
    2. Sear roast on all sides.
    3. Place roast in crockpot & pour soup mixture on top.
    4. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Turn roast once during cooking.


    Final Comments


    The juice is great as a gravy. To make it a meal, serve with mashed potatoes & a vegetable.
