Pumpkin Pie Pudding

List of Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup biscut/baking mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tblsp. butter, melted
- 2-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- whipped topping, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
- Transfer to crockpot coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve in dessert bowls with whipped topping.
