Baked Fish with Vegetables

This is a good, healthy meal.
List of Ingredients
6 fish filets
1 bag frozen california style mixed vegetables
1 red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Tone's lemon pepper seasoning

Place fish in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour frozen vegetables on top. Then onion & bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt and lots of lemon pepper. Cover tightly with foil and bake about 45 minutes at 375 or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
