    List of Ingredients




    2 lb Cubed chuck roast
    1 c Burgundy
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed Onion soup
    1/4 c Fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Bay leaf
    Buttered noodles



    350 degree oven

    In casserole thoroughly combine ingredients. Cover and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until tender and sauce has thickened.

    Serve over noodles.
