    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
    1/8 teaspoon almond extract
    4 scoops chocolate ice cream
    4 cups strong hot coffee

    Recipe



    Makes 4 servings.


    Beat the cream, confectioners' sugar and almond extract in a chilled bowl until stiff.

    Put 1 scoop ice cream in each of 4 cups. Pour coffee over ice cream. Top with flavored whipped cream.

    Serve immediately.
