    3 cl of Light Rum
    3 cl of Galliano
    1.5 cl of Apricot Brandy
    1 chunk of Pineapple
    1.5 cl of Lemon Juice
    3 cl of Pineapple Juice
    1 sprig of Mint
    3 drop of Egg White


    Pour all ingredients in a shaker together with ice and shake well. Strain into the glass and garnish with a chunk of pineapple and a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw and a cocktail stick.
