    Chocolate Banana

    1 ripe banana, unpeeled
    1 teaspoon miniature chocolate chips
    Aluminum foil

    With the peel on, cut each banana down the middle. Stuff with chocolate chips. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place on hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes, or until chocolate completely melts, turning frequently.

    NOTE: I've also tried these including mmini orcut up marshmallows added with the chocolate chips.....very good!

    Make as many as needed.
