    Angel Food Bars

    1 can lemon pie filling
    1 (1-step) angel food cake mix (use dry mix)
    1 cup coconut

    Mix the above three ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool and cut into bars. The bars can be frosted with your favorite cream cheese frosting, if desired.
