Biscuit Cookies
1 tube large canned biscuits
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons margarine
On a floured piece of wax paper, flatten biscuit dough with a rolling pin until it becomes very thin. Using a cookie cutter of your choice, cut out cookies and set aside. To avoid cleaning up, make your own cookie sheet by folding up all four sides of a piece of wax paper.
Mix brown sugar, chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave for about 2 minutes or until chocolate has completely melted. Stir mixture well. Dip both sides of the cookies into chocolate mixture. Place on homemade cookie sheet. Repeat until all the cookies have been covered.
Place cookies in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees F.
NOTE: Depending on the size cookies you are making, you may have to make another batch of chocolate topping.
