    Crispy Lemon Cookies

    Makes 3 dozen cookies.

    1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
    1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
    1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
    1 egg

    Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Drop dough by tablespoonsful onto ungreased baking sheets. Leave an inch between cookies so they do not spread into each other.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
