    List of Ingredients

    15 fresh mint leaves (6 to 8 drops peppermint oil can be substituted)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sweet almond oil



    Instructions


    Crush mint leaves with back of a spoon to bring out the oils; don't chop. Combine all ingredients.

    Scrub feet with mixture. Don't forget those rough spots. Rinse. Apply lotion to keep feet moisturized.
