Barbecued mushroom pizzas

I havent tried the GF version but I have confidence
List of Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil
4 small gluten free pizza bases (or use larger ones but divide them after cooking)
1/4 cup vegan cheese (I omit cheese instead)
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbs tomato pesto (or pesto of your choice- but a vegan one or make your own)
4 flat mushrooms, remove stem
2 cups baby spinach, washed
ground black pepper to tasteRecipe
Preheat barbecue or chargrill to high. Cpmbine oil and garlic in a small bowl and lightly brush mushrooms on both sides with garlic oil.
bbq or grill 1-2 minutes each side until warmed through and tender.
Grill pizza bases 1-2 minutes each side until warm. Spread evenly with pesto, top with spinach, mushrooms (and cheese?).
Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
