    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pineapple cut in 1.5cm slices
    • cinnamon sugar
    • vegan caramel sauce
    • soy yoghurt (can use coconut yoghurt or cream)
    • mint leaves
    • pistachio pieces
    • coconut flakes (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle pineapple slices with cinnamon sugar
    2. Cook on a chargrill 1-2 mins each side until caramelised
    3. Serve with everything else as garnish


    Final Comments


    To make caramel sauce- melt dark brown sugar. If needed add a small amount of plant milk. Salt chili flakes or rum optional
