List of Ingredients
- 1 pineapple cut in 1.5cm slices
- cinnamon sugar
- vegan caramel sauce
- soy yoghurt (can use coconut yoghurt or cream)
- mint leaves
- pistachio pieces
- coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Sprinkle pineapple slices with cinnamon sugar
- Cook on a chargrill 1-2 mins each side until caramelised
- Serve with everything else as garnish
Final Comments
To make caramel sauce- melt dark brown sugar. If needed add a small amount of plant milk. Salt chili flakes or rum optional
