Recipe Introduction
Obviously you just change whatever you like. Cucumber instead of celery? Spinach instead of kale? Raspberries instead of kiwi? Or whatever. I sometimes add 1 tbs chia seeds if this is breakfast
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 green pear
- 1 leaf kale chopped finely
- 1/2-1 kiwi fruit (peeled probably)
- 1 stick celery (leaves ok)
- 1 cup organic apple juice (or apple and blackcurrant or water or coconut water)
- pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Chop everything into small pieces and blend. If the taste isn't good add some maple syrup (I know the obsessive people wouldn't)
