Raspberry-mango margarita

List of Ingredients
- 2 tbs raspberry flavoured jelly crystals (choose the vegan ones or use T2 flavoured sugar)
- 2 limes
- 500g frozen mango
- 1/3 cup (80ml) tequila
- 1/3 cup (80ml) cointreau (or any orange flavoured liqueur)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) vanilla flavoured coffee syrup (optional)
- 250g frozen raspberries
- fresh raspberries to serve
Instructions
- Place jelly crystals on a small plate. Cut 1 small wedge from a lime. Run lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip each rim in the jelly crystals to lightly coat. Juice remaining limes
- Place lime juice, mango, tequila, liqueur and syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half mango mixture into large jug.
- Add frozen raspberries to the remainder of mango mix in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide mango mixture and raspberry mixture evenly between glasses. Use a skewer to gently marble. Top with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
