    I eat this most mornings as it is quick and simple. The variations of course are endless


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sliced gluten-free bread toasted well (I like soy and linseed)
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1 garlic clove, chopped
    • salt and pepper
    • squeeze of lime (lemon may be substitued)


    Instructions


    1. While the toast is still warm spread the avocado on it, dividing between both slices
    2. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle over the clove of garlic (very finely chopped)
    3. Squeeze with lime and enjoy


    Final Comments


    Add spring onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc as you like. Can also sprinkle with chia seeds or LSA
