I eat this most mornings as it is quick and simple. The variations of course are endless
List of Ingredients
- 2 sliced gluten-free bread toasted well (I like soy and linseed)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- salt and pepper
- squeeze of lime (lemon may be substitued)
Instructions
- While the toast is still warm spread the avocado on it, dividing between both slices
- Add salt and pepper and sprinkle over the clove of garlic (very finely chopped)
- Squeeze with lime and enjoy
Final Comments
Add spring onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc as you like. Can also sprinkle with chia seeds or LSA
