    You know when you wake up in the morning hangry but you feel like you can't stomach anything? This will help


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 Chinese radish, grated
    • 1 small yellow beetroot, grated
    • 1 small red beetroot, grated
    • 1/2 lebanese cucumber, deseeded and sliced very thinly
    • 1-2 spring onions
    • salt and pepper
    • 2 tbs good olive oil (optional)
    • a squeeze of lime or 3/4 tbs balsamic vinegar
    • something extra (see below)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together and eat straight away


    Final Comments


    Something extra: if you just want flavour/fragrance add mint, dill or basil (preferably fresh). If you want more substance try 1/2 tbs dukkah, 3-4 tbs sunflower seeds or flaked almonds or some leftover quinoa or brown rice. You can also add leafy greens if you want to
