    Recipe Introduction


    This is easy to adjust. When I don't have berries I use apple, pear or tinned peaches.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup (or so) sliced strawberries or blueberries or raspberries (or a mix)
    • 1/2 cup special K (or a similar cereal)
    • 2 tbs flaked almonds
    • 1 tbs macadamia pieces
    • 4 tbs pepitas or sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla coconut-based (or use soy) yoghurt
    • A sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Layer in a bowl and realise how lucky you are.
