Recipe Introduction
This is easy to adjust. When I don't have berries I use apple, pear or tinned peaches.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (or so) sliced strawberries or blueberries or raspberries (or a mix)
- 1/2 cup special K (or a similar cereal)
- 2 tbs flaked almonds
- 1 tbs macadamia pieces
- 4 tbs pepitas or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla coconut-based (or use soy) yoghurt
- A sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Layer in a bowl and realise how lucky you are.
