not very healthy, but still...
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts (can substitute any other unsalted nuts)
Instructions
- Place sugar and water in saucepan and allow to simmer without stirring
- Keep watch for syrup to change colour. Allow it to turn a light golden colour.
- Remove from heat and toss epanuts through it.
- Pour into a lightly greased tray and cool. Take care, toffee will be very very hot.
- when cold break into bite sized pieces and serve.
