    Can have this as breakfast, dessert, snack or whatever. Serves many so to be popular take this along to the barbecue


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 rockmelon
    • 1/2 pineapple
    • 4 ripe mangoes
    • 3 bananas
    • 8 kiwifruit
    • 4 passionfruit
    • 1 cup ripe strawberries
    • lemon juice
    • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice


    Instructions


    1. Peel everything and cut into chunks
    2. Toss with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning
    3. Pour over 2 cups fresh orange juice and serve chilled
    4. Good with a decent activated granola, soy icecream, fruit sorbet or fruit and nutcream (by itself is nice too)
