Recipe Introduction
Leave out anything you don't have and add anything you want
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Veggie stock
1/2 carrot, grated, sliced or peeled into strips
1/2 zucchini, cut similarly to carrot
3 medium mushrooms chopped
1 little "nest" of dried noodles
several leaves of beetroot green with thick red veins removed
1-2 brussels sprouts (shredded fine)
a pinch of dried seaweed
1 tsp miso paste
a few drops sesame oil
ground pepper (I used white)Recipe
1. Bring veggie stock to the boil (you can use powdered stock and water when you don't have something more exciting in the freezer. Add miso paste.
2. Add carrot, zucchini and mushroom with seaweed and let boil until tender. Add noodles and leafy greens. Boil about 1 minute until tender but not soggy.
Sprinkle with pepper and sesame oil and congratulate yourself on an awesome meal (if you are decadent a dry white wine...but no you have work to do)
