Recipe Introduction
This can be varied to use whatever is cheap, whatever is in your garden or fridge (more or less). Things like deep-fried shallots or sesame seeds are good if you have them. To make it heartier use tofu as well.
List of Ingredients
2 tsp veg stock powder + 4 cups water (or use veg stock)
large pinch dried seaweed (as much or little as you like)
1 cup beansprouts
1/2 cup thin rice noodles
1/3-1/2 cup frozen spinach
tamari sauce
sriracha sauce (or use fresh chilli or whatever)
sesame oilRecipe
1. Place ater in saucepan with stock powder and seaweed and bring to boil.
2. Add in beansprouts and noodles and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Add in frozen spinach and bring back to boil (about 1 min)
3. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with sriracha, tamari and sesame oil.
4. Enjoy the warmth.
