    This is a light meal. You would have it with rice or noodles if you wanted more or increase amounts


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 block of firm tofu (about 175g)
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1-2 tbs sesame oil
    • 1-2 tbs soy sauce
    • 1-2 tbs sriracha sauce
    • 1 bok choy
    • 1 choy sum
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tsp stock powder (or just use a pinch of salt)
    • sesame seeds (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Press the tofu for at least 1/2 hour to get excess water out. Marinate tofu in garlic (crushed), soy, sriracha and sesame oil. Leave for about 40 minutes and go read a chapter or play a computer game or wash your clothes or something.
    2. Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Add a bit of extra sesame oil and put in the tofu. Fry about 2-3 minutes each side. Drizzle over more sauce if you want.
    3. Bring water and stock powder to the rapid boil. Slice the greens and add to boiling water. Cook for 2 min. Take out veggies with a slotted spoon and place in bowl. Top with tofu and sprinkle with seaweed or sesame seeds (if you like)


    Final Comments


    You could add mushrooms or really anything you like to this.
