Lemon and oil dressing

Recipe Introduction
Vary as you like with lime, vinegar, more or less sweetener, mustard, garlic, etc
List of Ingredients
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup or honey or brown sugar (optional)
- a good grind of pepper
- enough extra virgin olive oil OR macadamia OR walnut oil to just about double the lemon juice (ie if you have 10ml lemon juice you would add 20ml oil)
Instructions
- Stir or shake together and use on salads. In a screw top jar it should keep for a few days (if you have a big sald then use it all)
Final Comments
It keeps avocado from going brown. It's yummy on all sorts of things but mainly I use it for salads.
