Healthy Broccoli Salad

Recipe Introduction
So many ways to play with this. Replace some or all of the sunflower seeds with walnuts or almonds or shards of hazelnut. Add in some fresh raspberries (extravagant but if it is for a date or something you would) or dried cranberries. Enjoy!
List of Ingredients
- Raw broccoli (quite a lot of it)
- 1-2 apples
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or more)
- sesame seeds (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Good quality olive oil
- black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli very small. Chop or grate apple similarly. Add in seeds.
- Whisk lime juice with oil and if using pepper. Add enough oil so that the mixture is as thick as you like it.
- Just before eating pour dressing over salad.

Simple, healthy but surprisingly YUM!!
