List of Ingredients
- 1-2 cups mixed lettuce or greens of your choice
- 1/2 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup halved walnuts
- 1 roasted beetroot, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- fresh herbs of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine and eat.
Final Comments
If taking to work you can't have walnuts, use pepitas, sesame seeds or deepfried tofu for protein.
