Basically make tinned corn more interesting by adding any that you like from this list of optional ingredients





List of Ingredients



• 1 tin corn
  
• juice of 1 lime (optional...or use lemon)
  
• fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
  
• finely chopped chilli (optional)
  
• finely chopped spring onion (optional)
  
• finely chopped mint or basil (optional)
  
• finely chopped red capsicum (optional)
  
• cubed tomato (optional)
  
• cubed cucumber (optional)
  
• anything else you like
  






Instructions



1. Mix and serve with any mexican food you like OR on burgers OR mix through some brown rice or quinoa, add rocket and use as a salad.
