    In a hurry light meal (breakfast, after work etc)


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 slices gluten free bread
    • 12-18 cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped (can chop a big tomato if need)
    • 1/2-1 spring onion, finaly chopped
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1 tbsp good extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (can use lemon juice)
    • 1/2 tbs LSA (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Mix tomatoes with salt, pepper, spring onion, oli, vinegar and sprinkle over LSA
    2. Toast bread well (as you like it)
    3. Spoon over tomato mixture and eat immediately (Can add wilted baby spinach, sliced capsicum, corn kernels, mushrooms or avocado as desired)
