Recipe Introduction
In a hurry light meal (breakfast, after work etc)
List of Ingredients
- 2 slices gluten free bread
- 12-18 cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped (can chop a big tomato if need)
- 1/2-1 spring onion, finaly chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp good extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (can use lemon juice)
- 1/2 tbs LSA (optional)
Instructions
- Mix tomatoes with salt, pepper, spring onion, oli, vinegar and sprinkle over LSA
- Toast bread well (as you like it)
- Spoon over tomato mixture and eat immediately (Can add wilted baby spinach, sliced capsicum, corn kernels, mushrooms or avocado as desired)
