List of Ingredients
- 4lbs Hamburger
- 2 Onions diced
- 1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
- 2 Cans of Beer (what ever you have on hand)
- 1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese
- 2- 8 ounce pkgs Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
- 4 Boxes White Bread Machine Dough or 2 pkgs Rhodes Roll Dough
Instructions
- Thaw Rolls out if thats what your using about 2 hours before starting Hamburger
- brown hamburger
- Add onions and cabbage stir well
- add beer and simmer for 1 hour
- If using bread machine start first loaf now
- drain liquids and cool off in freezer for 45 minutes
- add cheeses mix well
- Bread dough should be ready take it out add next pkg to bread machine repeat till all four are done
- Roll dough pieces out about 6 inches diameter fill with meat mixture pinch seal bottom put on cookie sheet
- bake at 350 for 25-30 min
Final Comments
If you have leftovers just put them in the freezer.
