Beef and Noodles

I really don't have a recipe for this. It is just something I make.





List of Ingredients



• 1 Pkg stew meat
  
• 1 8oz and one 4oz pkg reemes egg noodles
  
• 2 cans beef broth
  
• beef boullion crystals
  
• water
  
• mashed potatoes
  






Instructions



1. I use my pressure cooker to cook this.
   
2. Brown the meat on high heat
   
3. add beef broth and water to make 4 cups of liquid. add beef boullion crystals to taste about 2 Tbls
   
4. pressure cook for 15 min. let cool down so you can open cooker.
   
5. add noodles cook until thickened.I just leave it all in the pressure pot and boil.
   
6. Put over mashed potatoes and ENJOY
   






Final Comments


I love this stuff and it comes out really tender in the pressure cooker.
