    Stroganoff Sauce

    This is the easiest Strganoff recipe I have ever found


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 2 Tblsp oleo
    • 1 Tblsp flour
    • 3/4 cup beef broth
    • 1 Tlbsp water
    • 1 Tblsp ketchup
    • 1/4 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. In skillet cook onion in oil til tender
    2. Add flour, broth, water and ketchup simmer 5 minutes
    3. Add Meatballs or steak pieces
    4. Stir in sour cream
    5. Serve over cooked noodles
