Caramel Cheese Dip

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. caramel topping
1/2 cup toasted pecans, divided
1 cup frozen Cool Whip
1 cup apples, chopped
Thin apple slices, for garnishing
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, and caramel topping in a bowl. Set aside one tablespoon of pecans for garnishing; stir remaining pecans into cream cheese mixture. Stir in Cool Whip and chopped apple until well blended. Spoon mixture into a serving dish and top with remaining pecans and sliced apples.
Serve with crackers.
