Nutty Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup bell pepper, chopped fine
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
2 Tbsp chopped onion
Recipe
In a blender, blend the cream cheese. Stir in the pineapple slowly. Add 1 cup of pecans, the bell pepper, salt and onion. Mix together well. Form into a ball. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Before serving, roll in the remaining pecans. Serve with crackers.
