Simply Delicious Pound Cake

List of Ingredients
1 pound confectioner's sugar
4 sticks margarine -- softened*
6 eggs -- room temperature
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer on high until smooth and fluffy. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done.
(Makes 3 loaves)
NOTE: *Use a good margarine such as Imperial. This is the best pound cake recipe...so quick and easy to mix up, and the texture is wonderful! Good sliced with some sliced canned peaches spooned on top and a dollop of whipped cream. Or with strawberries!
