6 pork chops
1 can French onion soup
½ cup water
½ cup chopped celery
¼ tsp thyme leaves, crushed
½ cup white rice, uncooked
Recipe
In skillet, brown the chops (use oil if necessary). Drain if cooked in oil. Season with salt and pepper and add remaining ingredients. Cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is done, stirring often.
