    1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
    1 box corn muffin mix, prepared according to directions on box

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. After cooking sausage, drain and crumble into small pieces. Add to corn muffin mixture and stir well. Pour into a greased 9 inch round cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cornbread is done.
