No wonder I can't lose weight! I find too much food that I like to eat!! Pumpkin is right up on the top of my list!
List of Ingredients
3 graham cracker rectangles
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup dry non-fat milk
1 (4 oz) can evaporated milk
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 small box instant vanilla pudding, dry
4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Recipe
Layer graham crackers in a 9 x 9 baking dish. Cream together cream cheese, pumpkin, dry milk, canned milk, pumpkin spice. Add dry pudding mix and mix thoroughly. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hour before serving.
