List of Ingredients
4 bell peppers
1 hot pepper
6 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups vinegar
6 oz. pectin
Green food coloring
Recipe
Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar; heat to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove and let stand for 15 minutes. Return to heat and boil 2 minutes more. Strain out peppers and stir in pectin. Stir for 5 minutes. Skim off foam and add food coloring. Put into canning jars.
Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
