Aunt Sue's Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
2 cups diced celery, optional
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium apple, diced
1/2 cup golden raisins, optional
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup white seedless grapes, cut in half
Recipe
After chicken cools, dice into bite size pieces. Mix together with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers.
