    1 pkg. broccoli, frozen
    ½ cup chopped bell pepper
    ½ cup onion, chopped
    1 cup grated cheese
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    ½ cup Bisquick mix

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a greased casserole dish, place broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients with a beater. Pour over mixture in dish. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
